help with offer contract

need advice, made offer on property affter neg it was accepted I signed contract then agent fax to seller. 2 days latter i rang and was told the sellers bank won't let the owner sell at the price agreed. wife upset me getting angree as this is second prop in 2 weeks we have missed on.
please help!! I don't know where to go from here

Perhaps you need to negotiate with the vendor and come to an arrangement that's acceptable to all parties. I really don't see what the problem is.
