    Hi Mason, You should talk to your lawyer about negotiating a way out of the deal - who knows, maybe the vendor regrets selling, and would like another chance to get a higher offer. Alternatively, if you are in Victoria, you may be able to onsell the property before settlement for no more than what you paid for it and avoid stamp duty. If you ...
