• 5 July 2010 – an article on this website entitled ‘Fairness From NSW Office of Fair Trading? It’s Problematic!’ concerning the Fair Trading Letter.

Mr. Mericka accepts that the statements made on this website about Mr. Guthrie are untrue and unconditionally retracts the statement made.  Mr Mericka sincerely apologises to Mr. Guthrie and his colleagues for any hurt or embarassment caused.
