One of the hassles of moving house is contacting all your utility providers to arrange a final bill for your water, electricity and gas. You then need to make sure they’re all turned on at your new home the day you walk in. These days there are even companies who will take care of all this for you. Things tend to go fairly smoothly until you get to your telco. That’s when the nightmare begins, especially when you’re hooking up DSL internet access.
